Booking and Conditions

We can make a provisional booking for you over the telephone, but you must return the booking form within seven days including a £100 deposit for each week booked. You can print off a copy of the blank Booking Form here, or you can ask us to send you a copy. You will need to fill this in and return it to us with your deposit.

Once we receive your deposit, and completed booking form, we will send you a confirmation invoice showing the balance to be paid. We must receive the balance of the rental payment six weeks before the date your holiday begins, plus a separate cheque for £75 (or £100 if there are children or pets in the party) as a deposit against break ages. Please can you enclose the two amounts on two separate cheques.We advise you to take out insurance against cancellation of your holiday. We cannot refund money in the event of cancellation. Once you have made your booking we will send you a confirmation letter. Upon receipt of full payment we will send an immediate acknowledgement, and send you the key at least three weeks before your holiday.After the end of your holiday we will return your deposit cheque if everything is in order. Conditions

1. Bourne House sleeps six persons plus one baby: no more than this number under any circumstances.
2. The accommodation is only for the use of the person shown on the confirmation slip and their party.
3. No sub-letting is permitted.
4. All lets start at 3pm Saturday and end at 10am Saturday.
5. Central heating, electricity and gas are all included.
6. Bed linen and towels are supplied by arrangement only, for an extra charge of £10 per person per week.
7. The house is cleaned between lets, but extra cleaning services can be arranged.
8. We ask you to leave the property in a clean state and inform us of any breakage or damage as soon as it occurs.
9. Dogs may stay at Bourne House by arrangement only.
10. A charge of £10 per dog per week is made (service dogs for the disabled are exempt).
11. The telephone is for ringing in only.
12. We reserve the right of access to Bourne House at any reasonable time.
