We advise you to take out insurance against cancellation of your holiday, as money can not be refunded. On request, we will include information about this after we have received your booking.

I enclose a deposit of £100 and agree to pay the balance six weeks before the start of my holiday. I agree to the owners holding a cheque for £75 (or £100 if there are children or dogs in the party) against breakages or minor damage. In case of further damage the tenants will be held responsible to restore the property to its former condition.
